I love these hippy designs .

This design was printed on to glossy photographic paper .I adhered the cut out background to some readily prepared card stock then built up the decoupage pieces and stuck down using 3D foam between the layers and dss tape to adhere to the main picture.

Finally I added various embellishments to create a psychedelic feel.
