Valentines DayCompleted by Margaret McCartney

I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 6 x 6 square scalloped edged card. I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I snipped into the wings of the dove to give a feathered effect then added some glitter. I added a blob of silicone glue under the wing to give more definition. I also added glitter to the flowers and to the two strings of pearls in the border to enhance this lovely design.
