The sheet was printed onto a supersmooth paper. I used a white card as my base cut to the size of the topper. I mounted the topper onto a piece of pink mirri card and layered up one of the flower decoupage with Pinflair glue gel.

I used a Sakura clear stardust pen on the words and the highlights on the flowers. I used hearts and gems and red organza ribbon to decorate and finish.
