I cut out the image and layered it with mounting tape. I added glitter around the outside edge.

I made a wobble card template and cut it out of red card stock and used a heart background paper.Mounted the image on to the wobble card added the heart on which I printed on the computer and added silver peel off edging around the heart and entire card.
