A very cute card which has cutouts to decoupage the bear and heart. I have included some extra little hearts that you may wish to dot around the card. It fits an A5 card or can be resized.

Shrank slightly in Word to fit on a pink A6 card blank.
Printed on Craftsuprint paper.
Cut out all parts (ignoring the fiddly edges on the bear), assembled with foam pads.
Nice and easy to make (and he liked it!)
