I printed the design onto Crafty Bob's matte photo paper and cut out all the elements. I mounted the main image onto white card stock and added the decoupage using foam pads.

To finish the card I added a valentine peel-off and two little pearls...this design is absolutely gorgeous and suitable for male or female it's so cute.
