I printed the design onto quality photo paper, cut it out and decoupaged the main image. I mounted this onto a white gloss card, with a tiny rosebud adhered just under the left hand edge of the image.
I then layered the valentine heart onto the top right hand corner and added some bling in the bottom right hand one.
Inside on an insert I attached the roses and chocolate box. A simple but very striking design.
