I printed on to paper, mounted the topper on to a blue card, which I then trimmed with a scalloped edge.
Layered all elements. Added a bow with a flower embellishment, some pearl hearts, gems and a greeting.
A very cute design, that can be used for Anniversaries, Valentine's Day, or just to say "I Love You" .....
