The Love Mobile Car Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Carolyn Norris

I printed the design on quality cardstock. I punched a heart border on a blank white card and adhered a strip of red mirror card behind it.

I embossed red mirror paper for a matte and used double sided tape to adhere it to the white card.

Foam pads were used to decoupage the love mobile and to attach the sentiment to the card. This design is great for the young and the young at heart.
