Valentine Rose and Hearts Card with DecoupageCompleted by Davina Rundle

I printed on to photo paper at half size. Mounted the topper on to a white mat with punched edges, then on to an A6 pink card. Layered all elements. Added tiny gems for dew drops on the roses and a pink bow.

A really gorgeous design for romantic occasions, but I think it will suit birthdays too.
