Valentine Rose Topper and DecoupageCompleted by Giselle Topper

This sheet is just perfect! It makes up fairly quickly, oozes love - whether it be for a Valentine or an Engagement. After printing, I cut out the decoupage and mounted it with foam tape.

Then adhered the base topper it onto a matching pearlescent cardstock to really set it off. If you wanted you could add some diamontes on the roses for a bit more bling - but I love it as is!

A great one to have in your collection.
