Valentine's Cupcake DecoupageCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed onto glossy photo paper and cut out the parts. I attached the base image to a tent folded A4 white card with a silver fleck using DST. I deoupaged with foam pads and added white lace stickles to the "sprinkles2.

I completed with a "you are my cupcake" tag, embellished with bright pink pearls. Very simple to make, this design looks very eyecatching .
