Valentine's Day Butterfly and Poem 10

I printed this sheet onto 220gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card, but I did not mat it onto any other card as the colours of this card make it stand out by itself.

I added the decoupage using foam pads and I feel it only fair to warn you that it is not a quick cut out- it is rather intricate but well worth the trouble.

I finished the card with gold stickles glitter to the butterfly. A very different St Valentines card, but it is a fresh take on an ancient tradition.
