I printed the design onto good quality photographic paper and cut it out. I scored and folded a 5 x 7 card. I attached background paper Toy Car Insert Large DL, cUp 201323_108 to the card using double sided tape. I assembled the decoupage using thin foam tape.

I attached the design to the card using double sided tape. I added the greeting panel to the inside of the card using double sided tape.
