With this design I printed it onto photo paper, then I cut out all the elements, I placed the design base onto the front of a blue C5 card, then made up the design using 2mm sticky pads
I printed this sheet onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out all the pieces. I attached the main image directly onto a white base card and added all the decoupage using foam pads.
This is another of the great cards from this designer that passes comments on life which usually hit the mark.
