I opened this design into a graphics program (Picture It) where I adjusted the background a little making it less red by adding more gray.

I then printed it out onto matt photo paper trimmed it and glued it to a matching red card stock.

I added the trims using sticky pads for a 3d effect, finally I rounded of the corners. I just love this design and am sure I will use it for many occasions.
