OccasionThe pattern is printed on glossy photo paper and cut out the main pieces and the decoupage layers. I tilted the main pattern and attached it to a deep lilac card-stock and then to a dark plum card stock.
Before I started with the decoupage layers I cut out some lilies and a rose which I colored with alcohol ink and then glued them in place in the background scene.
Then layered the decoupages with glue or DST. I added a small antique colored crocheted lace with Fabric Tac along the borders and a bow for the bride flowers and last the Congratulations tag.
Luckily same sex marriage cards are becoming more popular with State Laws changing.
