The Happy Couple Scallop Top Card Front with Step by StepCompleted by Nikki Bevan

Printed on to professional photograph paper. I cut out some high quality card stock in a sparkling cream and adhered the design on to it using DSS tape.

I then built up the layers using 3D foam pads between each layer for depth.

I added gems around the edge of the design on the flowers as shown and also on the brides bouquet and the grooms button hole.I went over the bells with a professional gold pen to give them more depth.
