Decoupage image, cut beige glitter card to slighly smaller than card stock, position image then use ribbon punch to position ribbon bow.

Thread ribbon through using to different types of ribbon, chiffon and metalic used here, do not tie at present. Attach to card front. Attach decoupage image at an angle, tie bow as required trying not to occlude image. Add further bling if desired.
