Bride Decoupage Topper~pretty BrunetteCompleted by Susan Heanes

I used lilac pearl card for the base.The base topper was matted onto a piece of gold embossed card with foam tape,and then stuck in the centre of the card.I layered up the decoupage with foam pads.The extra flowers I stuck on the corners with foam pads.I made a tag with a piece of cream card matted onto a piece of gold embossed card with foam tape and stuck above the topper, and added gold Wedding peel offs.Then to finish I added gold corner peel offs.
