Cover card blank with a Wedding text paper in pale pink. Matt main picture onto a piece of glitter card leaving a narrow border all round. Attach to card front. Assemble decoupage. Stick on gems add a bit of sparkle.

Matt sentiment onto glitter card, trim to leave a border and fix to the bottom of card with foam pads.
