Happy Grooms Wedding Day Topper Completed by Joyce Perkins

Printed this amazing design onto matte photo paper and cut out all the pieces. Chalked all the cut edges. Used a gold pearl card base and attached the topper base using dst. I layered all the decoupage using foam sticky pads.

I added faux self stick diamonds to the decoupage rings. Used Wink of Stella on the champagne so it shimmers. Added blue self stick pearls to the bell clappers. Added white iridescent ribbon over printed grey border and topped with pearls in the corners. Love this design!
