I added main image to white cardsock and layered images with silicone. I added Diamond Stickles to the hearts in the bow and background.

I punched a hole in the tag and added some ribbon from my stash to make it look as if it was connected to the bow. finished off with border stickers.

Such a fast easy and beautiful card.
