Wedding Dress Card 2 - or TopperCompleted by Tracy Priddle

I made up the decoupage pieces on this topper and mat and layered onto lilac pealescent card. I scalloped the edges and then centred onto plain lilac card. I added small holographic white jewels to the middle of each flower and glittered appropriately.

This is a beautiful design to give to any new bride.
