Rose in a VaseCompleted by Pam Stubley
OccasionI printed this sheet onto good quality white card (do not print onto photographic paper as the holes you make will look really untidy!) I cut out just the one image and pricked all the holes where indicated.
I then used red glitter thread on the hearts and multi colour glitter thread on the rest of the design.
One tip I can offer regarding embroidery on paper is when you have finished the stitching, turn your card over and rub gently around all the holes - this helps to close them.
I attached my finished card onto a pretty patterned holographic card and added a pink satin-edged organza ribbon topped with red ric-rac ribbon.
Nothing else needed. A beautiful card which will stand out from the crowd and you get two on the one sheet. Versatile and economic, what else do you need!
