Narrox
This geometric border stitching pattern is useful for many different types of cards. I chose to pair it with a Native American Maiden stamp. this pattern can be used for any card, all occasions.

I printed the design and used it as a template for pricking the holes in some white card, selecting the top pattern for this card.
I used black embroidery cotton, single strand, for the stitching and followed the diagram, adding some pearl seed beads in some sections where space permitted.
When I finished the stitching I trimmed the piece to the size I wanted and stippled latte ink around the edges, to match the colours in the image I also used.
Onto a black square textured card I layered the stitched piece in one corner, then added the image (cup191167_923) to the other corner.
This striking design could be used in many different ways; varying the colour thread makes it suitable for all sorts of themes, as shown in the designer's picture.
