I printed the sheet onto super smooth card and cut out the elements. I mounted the card front frame onto a 7"x5" plum coloured card blank and cut out the central aperture with a craft knife.

I edeged the inner and outer edges of this frame with silver peel offs.

I stuck the 2 centre panels together, back-to-back and built up the decoupage on the front with foam pads. I added glitter glue to the bubbles for dimension. I lined up the centre panel in the card aperture and using a pokey tool made a holes in the frame and the centre panel and then used 4 jump rings to attach the centre panel to the main frame.

I embellished the card with a pink organza bow and a circular birthday greeting. The movement in this card gives it added interest.
