I printed the images onto white matte cardstock, cut out. Also printed tea bag squares onto plain paper. I assembled the medallion and added a pearl center, then used a glue dot to adhere it to the base.

I die cut a shape for my greeting, added pearls to it and mounted it with glue dots to the base.

I then mounted the base image onto yellow cardstock then a green card.
