I printed this on to matte photo paper, used an A5 landscape card and put a contrast backing on it.
Cut out all the design then made up the tea bag design.
Put main image on top of contrast paper with double sided foam tape then put tea bag design on with foam pads.
Put a button in the middle of the tea bag desin and finished card with a Happy Birthday sentiment and gold peel off corners.
