Reduced the size slightly so I could print on 8 1/2" x 11" paper. Printed one copy on matte photo paper and a second on plain paper (for the teabag folding).

Covered a card with stash paper, then attached the topper with dst. I made a simple star medallion (Googled instructions) and glued it in place, also adding small dabs of glue here and there withing the medallion to keep it relatively flat. Added a tiny flower sticker in the center, then added some touches of purple and light green Flower Soft to the flowers.
