I cut the base card and snow globe layer out of white glossy card and the teabag squares from white computer paper.

I stuck the base of the card onto a white pre folded card blank using double sided tape and used foam adhesive pads to add on the snow globe. I then cut out the teabag element and made the star design I used glue to attach this to the base card. This makes a very unique, fun card.
