I printed this sheet onto paper, then layered the bear onto green card and added some gold line stickers. I adhered my medallion to a die cut square and added a gold heart to the centre.

I added the Bear and medallion to a yellow/brown card.Lastly I added the sentiment to a piece of green card . added some gold line stickers and then adhered this to my card with d/s foam squares.
