I printed sheet to card & cut out all parts.Glued background to light green card & added strip of plain green slightly off-centre,so I would have a plain background to show the decoupage to advantage.
This card needs no other embellishments & is suitable for a number of occasions.I think it's 1st use for me will be as a St.Patrick's Day card..
