4th Birthday card with large numeral, little boy and balloons

A lovely bold card which has a large numeral cutout and a balloon which you can mount with foam pads or silicone glue.

There is a cute little boy peeping out from behind the numeral. There are tags for Special Son, Grandson,Nephew,Cousin, Godson and a blank.
