90th Birthday Completed by Doreen Bell

Beautiful design, very easy to make. I printed onto 200gsm photo paper and cut out. I covered a blank card with a die cut fancy edge using double sided tape and added the card front in the same way.

I finished off with some small pearls and a sequin and tiny pearl on the bow.
