Chic lady in red & black polka dot dress female birthday card topper for 6x6 card Completed by Jean-Marie Penny

This elegant design was printed onto 100gsm decoupage paper. I cut the base layer out using a ruler and craft knife to ensure straight edges and the remainder with scissors.

The base layer was adhered to a 6" (15cm) square card using a tape pen and I built up the decoupage using 3D glue gel.

I then die-cut 4 art deco corners from gold mirror card and stuck them to each corner using a wet glue.
