This is a 3D topper for a female birthday. It has a lovely base picture of a cream tea. On top of that there is the same picture but smaller and in a very pretty ornate silver frame with tags for your choice.

I printed out sheet onto matt photo-paper, cut out and attached base to pink card, then to a white C5 card, added topper with foam pads and finished with a silver pearl and bow to top inner corner.
A lovely design.
