Cute at 40
This is a lovely 3D topper for any 40 yr old. This has a cute bear holding a no 40, on a pretty lilac backing in a floral frame, finished with gems.

I printed the sheet onto good quality white card and cut out the images. I mounted the main image onto my card base using DST and added the decoupage with foam pads.
I printed it out onto white card. I attached the main part with double sided tape onto card, the layers were attached by sticky 2mm tabs
