I printed the sheet onto matt photo paper and cut out all the elements. I built the decoupage using foam pads, and then mounted the topper onto a green mat and card blank. I used glossy accents; gems and glitter to embellish the card.

This is a fun card that would bring a smile to face of any old `HUMBUG`
