Black Tulips Special Day 7in Double Diamond Topper

I have designed this 7in topper for your cards to be easy and quick. Simply cut out the base and attach to your card, then using 3D foam, build up the diamond layers, remembering the sentiment diamond overlaps alittle to the picture.

Add your own bow or /and glitter to finish, however the card is so pretty you can leave it as it is and people will think you have spent a ages making it.
