Blue Ad Perfume Scent of Jubilation 7in Decoupage TopperCompleted by Julie Campbell

I used 210gsm smooth matt card, added extra decoupage to the central part of the perfume bottle and the tag.

Then I used sticky pads to attach the whole card to an 8 inch blank, coloured silver border strips with a lilac pen and stuck them onto the blank then I added some sparkles on the necklaces and earrings.

I love this design so elegant.
