I downloaded this lovely girly topper onto Pro Paper 128gsm, and hand cut the various decoupage elements and attached with gel silicone glue, to my blank card. I then attached my insert to the centre of my finished card.

Approx size of card is 8" square includes a white envelope inside a clear cellophane bag for extra protection
