Cerise Rose New Home 7in Circle Decoupage Topper
I have designed this topper to make a 7in topper for your cards, this is a circle shape and it will fit on a 7inch square card or trim the square card and round the corners for effect.
The toppers are complete with decoupage and will look fabulous when you have made them. Use 3D foam or silicone glue for the decoupage pieces to give them alittle height for the layers. Added some purple glitter to the butterflies wings and put gold peel off corners onto the corners of the card.){kind=link}
