Cute baby card ToppersCompleted by Shelagh E Osborn Wright

I printed the topper 3 times onto 200gsm matte photo paper, to decoupage. I matted the main image to mauve-pink glitter card, and attached to a scalloped 8x8 card with dst. I added 3 layers of decoupage.

I die cut 2 tiny bows using the offcuts of backing glitter card and another in pale blue satin card.

I attached a sentiment with dst and added 2 bows to the label, adding the other bow in the opposite corner.

Also added a little clear wink of stella to the balloon reflections and other details.I glued one of the smaller images inside to face my insert panel.

I love this cute little teddy design for a newborn baby which I feel could be used for a girl or boy!

Its so cute and sweet!
