CUTE VOODOO PART 7Completed by Joyce Perkins

I printed this little cutie out on Matte photo paper. Cut out all the pieces and inked all the edges with black ink. I use double stick tape to stick the the card topper to a black card base. I used foam sticky pads to add all the decoupage pieces.

I decorated the flowers the girls hair and bows with bling gemstones. Fast cute card. Looking forward to making more of them and sending them out this season.
