Dgreen Met Fleur Thank You Fancy 7in Deco Topper

I have designed this topper for your 7inch x7inch square cards and as a 3 layer decoupage. It is a easy decoupage sheet to make but looks fantastic. Simply cut out the base image and then the layers, using 3D foam or silicone glue, build the layers up.

I have made a few different colourways in this design and matching mix or match insert panels are available from cup520050_10 and Matching Metal Fleur Fancy 7in insert panels begin at cup537117_10.
