I have designed this topper for your 7inch x7inch square cards and as a 3 layer decoupage. It is a easy decoupage sheet to I have designed this topper for your 7inch x7inch square cards and it is easy decoupage.
Simply cut out the base image and then the layers, using 3D foam or silicone glue, build the layers up.

I printed on to paper slightly reduced in size to allow for matting. I chose a 7x7 card and covered in a striped twill paper. Mounted the topper centrally and layered all elements. Added sequin blossoms, gems and beads to embellish. A very pretty feminine design.
