I used an 8" x 8" white square card to create the decoupage. Added extra 3D squares under the "On Your Retirement" text to create a raised effect. Glued 6mm pale lilac, baby pink and white iridescent pearls on the opposite corners.
Attached 2mm & 3mm gold pearls on the forget-me-not flowers and diamonds.
