Lilac Fuchsia Aged to Perfection 7in Decoupage Scallop Topper

I have designed this topper as a 7inch scalloped topper that has a little decoupage on it as well, using silicone glue or 3D foam add the extra layers to the base image and then add your own bow and embellishments to make it your own.

If you do not have any 7in card bases, why not team this up with some layers of backing paper on your 8inch square bases.

I have left enough space above the message for you to add your own bow.
