Lucky Fishing Boy Topper with DecoupageCompleted by Margarette Blakeborough

I printed twice on matte card, wet glued the first print to a matching base card then cut out the boy from the second print and using foam squares added this as decoupage, I used glitter paint to give some soft highlights then printed a matching insert and envelope to complete.
